A: Every therapy Session is unique and caters to each individual and their specific Goals. the first couple of sessions will be developing comfort and safety in the therapeutic relationship, history gathering, goal setting, and for us to determine whether we think we will be good fit. at this time a referral may be warranted if a different professional, level of care, or service may better fit your needs. we will explore how your core beliefs and history impact your thoughts, feelings, and behavior today and practice new tools in and out of session to help you feel better, get unstuck, improve relationships, and feel more peace. THE MORE YOU PUT TO YOUR THERAPY, BOTH IN AND OUT OF SESSIONS, THE MORE YOU WILL GET OUT OF IT.

Q:Do you offer video/Phone sessions? A: i do offer video sessions. However, this is at my clinical discretion and I have the right to change my policy at any time if needed. Please refer to the telehealth section of my website for more details on this option. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN A CONFIDENTIAL/PRIVATE SPACE FREE OF ALL DISTRACTIONS, connected to a good wifi, AND TREAT THE SESSION THE SAME AS YOU WOULD PROFESSIONAL IN PERSON MEETINGS. i will notify clients if and when i decide to return to in person/office sessions.
